So Casey thought he was sooo funny ha ha .
I had made Nics Bannana Ice Cream as a nice special treat for Casey being such a good sport, and buying me some beautiful new white plates and bowls (THANKS FG!! YOU ROCK) Hmmmm …
So I decided to serve it up with a Mango Brulee since Casey isn’t the biggest Mango fan. He didn’t like the Mango as much as I did ( what a suprise) but he did love the Bannana Ice Cream. Thanks Nic, next time I will use Mango IN THE Ice cream

Mango Brulee isn’t exactly a brulee but it is a cheek of mango which has alittle crispy sticky caramalised sugar covering the top. Yum.
