Closer all the time

Isn’t that cute…. this was definately my best coffee yet. I took all of the suggestions on board for making my coffee better.. and guess what? they worked ![]()
For thos of you who make your own espresso here they are:
1) Only pour to 30ml for a single or 60ml for a double (ry measuring it by drawing a mark at the 60 ml mark

2) Make sure your frothing vessel isn’t to big or to small (mine was to small)
3) Be carefull to not get big bubbles, have the wand in deep enough to get a whirlpool ASAP for the WHOLE time you froth milk.
